Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Traveler Position

Location: Indiana

Duration: 13 weeks, possible extension

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days, 32 hours guaranteed

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Support patients in daily living activities and rehabilitation exercises.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Current COTA certification in Indiana.
• Experience in skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
