Supplemental Health Care is working with a skilled nursing facility in Trumbull, Connecticut to hire Occupational Therapist. Occupational Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,500 - $1,657 per week
- 12-week contract with possibility of extension
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers

Requirements:
- Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Connecticut
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience in an SNF preferred
Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance and Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00).
