About the Job

We are seeking Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for skilled nursing facilities in and around Phoenix, AZ. Both travel and local therapists are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

Assist in diagnosing and managing movement disorders

Implement treatment plans under a Physical Therapist's supervision

Document patient progress and report to the team

Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises

Qualifications:

Associate degree from an accredited PTA program

Valid PTA license in Arizona

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
