Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Sacramento, CA! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active CA PT (Physical Therapy) license
• 2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
• Ability to clear a drug screen/background check
• This position begins on 01/05/2021 and ends on 04/06/2021
