Adelphi is seeking a licensed and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 1-year contract term. The candidate should have 3 years' experience and be duly licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey. Therapist will within the assigned hours perform day-to-day responsibilities as required by District-level supervisor or building administrator. Consult with other individuals and team members relative to achievement and programming for the student's goals and objectives. Write goals and objectives and/or present levels of academic and functional performance as required by the District. Administer appropriate evaluations in accordance with standard practice and procedure. Track students' progress Log SEMI services. Provide all required reports to District personnel.
