Therapy Receptionist /Rehab & Facility Tech (Part Time) - Achievement Rehabilitation Through Therapeutic Intervention, Inc

Achievement Rehabilitation is a dynamic and growing therapist-owned company that provides outpatient Speech, Occupational and Physical therapy. We are currently seeking a  part time receptionist / Rehab & Facility Tech with a willingness to work a flexible schedule.  This position will be located in our Crystal River location and has the potential of turning into a full time position with proven work ethic and facility growth. The hours for this position are stated below.

Our perfect candidate enjoys working with people, possesses excellent communication and time management skills and is capable of working independently in a fast paced setting. This is an entry level, patient facing position.

Location:

This position is located in our Crystal River office, just North of Turkey Oak on US Highway 19.

Some responsibilities of this position will include:

• Patient communication and support, both over the phone and in-person.
• Collecting & entering copays
• Data entry (such as scanning, faxing and filing)
• Light scheduling 
• Ensuring waiting and reception area stay tidy and stocked with needed supplies
• Cleaning and maintaining therapy rooms after each treatment.
• Maintaining and stocking therapy supplies, including linens and other items as needed.
• Willingness to learn and provide support to all administrative positions as needed.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds as needed to assist with patient care and deliveries.
• Ability to assemble furniture and climb ladders as needed.

Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00am until 6:00pm and 8:00am until 5:00pm on Friday. Hours during the holidays or emergency closures may vary to accommodate our patients schedules. Candidate must be available to cover as needed, have reliable transportation and be willing to commute or adjust schedules at a moment's notice. The typical schedule for this position will be noon - 6:00pm (or last patient) Monday through Thursday and noon-5:00pm (or last patient) on Friday.
