Phaxis Travel Healthcare is currently seeking candidates for an Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position. This is at a Private Practice in NH, and they would be open to hiring permanent & temp-to-perm.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)
• Contract Duration: 8 to 13 weeks, with potential for extension or permanent hire
• Shifts: Days available
• Hours: 36-40 hours per week, with potential for overtime

Qualifications:

• Preferred Certifications: BLS
• Required Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in an outpatient setting as a PT
• Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
