Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as a Thermal Spray Operator. This role involves applying protective coatings using thermal spray technology. While experience in blasting, painting, or welding is a plus, we are willing to provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:
- Thermal Spray Application: Operate thermal spray equipment to apply coatings to various surfaces, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, blasting, or masking to ensure proper coating adhesion.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean thermal spray equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished coatings for defects, ensuring they meet industry and customer standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work, including coating materials used, surface preparation methods, and completed jobs.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while handling equipment and materials.
- Experience in blasting, painting, or welding is a plus,
- Energetic, eager to learn, and willing to undergo training in thermal spray technology.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
