Thermoforming Production Supervisor - Path Engineering

As a Production Shift Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Coordinator), you'll manage, direct, and coordinate all activities related to a production shift. Your role will involve maximizing productivity, minimizing cost, maintaining quality, supervising employees, and ensuring daily production requirements are met. You'll also carry out supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees. Additionally, you'll be responsible for addressing complaints, resolving problems, gathering and reporting production data, supporting and improving quality initiatives, and implementing safety programs.

• BA/BS degree preferred (business, engineering).
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Good verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in group situations.
• Ability to deal effectively with conflict in a mature & consistent manner.
• Good computer skills, SAP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Plastic Extrusion and Thermoforming.
