Under the direction of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Program Office, a centralized function at T-Mobile, the Third-Party Risk Analyst will evaluate and conduct Risk Reviews and Assessments of existing and prospective third parties engaged by T-Mobile across a broad range of risk domains, including cyber security, data privacy, financial, business continuity, geopolitical, and various other operational and reputational risks.
This person will be responsible for prescribing risk assessments, analyzing results, and documenting and reporting results on observed risks and mitigating factors for entities evaluated. The Third-Party Risk Analyst will interact directly with third parties, work with T-Mobile Domain Experts to evaluate and apply risk assessment criteria (aligned with T-Mobile Policy), leverage internal and external business intelligence to inform risks, and identify and track applicable risk findings. The role requires frequent engagement with Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, Legal & Compliance, Network Engineering, and internal Business Owners to maintain a service model that informs the business of key risks, limits unnecessary impediments, and improves efficiencies.Job Responsibilities:

- Possess or demonstrate an ability to recognize and analyze third-party cyber, data and infrastructure security risks and compensating control environments
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills to identify cyber and non-cyber complex and critical risks and understand interrelationships among different risk factors and disciplines
- Communicate effectively through multiple mediums (electronic and in-person), write clearly and effectively, and document findings appropriately and completely
- Complete work and responsibilities timely with the highest level of professionalism
- Demonstrate credibility with business partners and leadership, appropriately influence business decisions, and exercise strong business judgment
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently but seek appropriate input and feedback
- Identify opportunities to create additional value for internal business customers and partners through continuous improvement
- Understand and adopt technology and reporting tools to support the program and continually mature
- Conduct and evaluate third party risk assessments, applying established criteria covering cyber security, data privacy, reputational, financial, business continuity, geopolitical, and other risk domains
- Collaborate with internal partners and third parties to mitigate and otherwise resolve third party risks
- Conduct periodic TPRM training and awareness with Procurement, Legal, the Business Unit, and other partnersEducation:
- Bachelor's Degree requiWork Experience:
- 2-4 years Professional experience in business operations, project/program management, finance, risk management, business analytics, cyber security/data privacy, or similar.Required Skills:
- Communication Demonstrated strong business writing and professional oral communication skills.
- Analysis Identifies issues, analyzes information to assess root cause and relationships, risks, and potential risk responses. Demonstrable ability to synthesize and summarize complex data into concise recommendations and reports.
- Collaboration Ability to work multi-functionally and manage and initiate effective multi-functional relationships.
- Microsoft Office Strong computer skills, including MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and other business software to prepare reports, memos, summaries, and analyses.
- A demonstrable ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt to a constantly changing business environment, work independently, drive projects to completion, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment-with only periodic supervision.Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of database management and visualization software such as Tableau or Power Bi.
