Title: Third-Party Risk Oversight Analyst (Financial Services)
Location Options: Atlanta GA, Charlotte NC, Minneapolis NM, Knoxville TN (hybrid)
Duration: 12+ months
Compensation: $45-50/hr.

Seeking a Contract Resource to support continued implementation of risk oversight programs for third-party partners to ensure rapid speed to market while identifying and mitigating operational risks in alignment with company policies (i.e. Third-party risk management (TPRM), Business change risk assessment policies; among others). This position reports to the organization's First Line of Defense risk team and will focus on Merger & Acquisition integration activities.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting 3rd party risk management of the acquired entity.
- Vendor analysis, and onboarding into the company program.
- Relationship management activities.
- Execute framework for due diligence and integration efforts.
- Proactively drive timely implementation of Integration Project Plans with emphasis on third-party due diligence and onboarding.
- Maintain project documentation, updating regularly to include lessons learned.
- Provide ongoing communication to management and stakeholder groups.
- Banking/Payments experience preferred
- 3rd party risk experience – bank
- 5 years of Third-Party Risk Management experience
- Proficient in Archer (eGRC)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Build and maintain reporting (Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
