Responsibilities
Theart Research Analysis Manager
- Serves as the Threat Research Manager in support of Integrated Technical Evaluation and Analysis of Multiple Sources projects.
- Performs expert-level research and analysis of intelligence and related data support of air defense programs.
- Contributes to development of analytical threat models and provides functional guidance and direction to research team in overall conduct of the projects.
- Provides support to enable operational and strategic assessments using all-source, intelligence by researching, authoring, coordinating, and collaborating with the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense.
- Applies knowledge of networks, technology, and experience with customer tools and databases to identify, extract, and analyze pertinent information and provide technical analysis to enhance existing and future capabilities.
- Uses all available classified and unclassified data sources to identify people, organizations, program management, research and associations related to the development of adversary air defense missile system threats.
- Requires a detailed knowledge of Department of Defense and IC, including collection methods and production resources and responsibilities.
- Manages translations efforts and uploads documentation to IC databases, if required.
- Conducts project briefings to assess research progress and to ensure consistency in meeting research objectives. Presents findings and recommendations to appropriate groups and helps to determine what actionable steps can be taken based on the findings.
- Works directly with highly technical engineers in other disciplines.
- Manages Threat Research Analysts and schedules work to meet completion dates. Manaage classified information.

- Compile daily accountability
- Compile and review weekly and monthly contract deliverables
- Review training and travel requests before sending to the PM and COR for approval
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

- Active DoD TS/SCI w/CI Poly
- 10 years of experience, may have management or lead experience
- 2 years of experience conducting Threat Research Analysis and Research
- 2 years of experience in Palantir, Analyst Notebook and other IC tools and databases
This is a Part Time/On Call position.
