Position Summary:
The Ticketing Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Ticketing Operations and is a part of the Marketing, Sales and Ticketing team. The coordinator
is responsible for the building of events, management of Account Manager, reporting, pricing and other administrative duties as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Working with the Senior Ticketing System Specialist, assist in the building of ticketed events on the Host, in Archtics and where applicable, events in Account Manager.
● Proofs for accuracy all pricing in Archtics against price and scaling reports before shows go on sale.
● Assist Senior Ticketing System Specialist in building approved discount offers and posting those to the discount document.
● Assist in activating approved pricing changes in all systems using TM1 and Pricemaster (once implemented).
● Does weekly upload after shows have closed the TM Event Confirmation form and entry access reports to ArtsVision
● Communicates in writing all completed changes and additions to essential internal offices including ticket services and marketing.
● Other duties related to event set-up and management as requested.
● Work directly with the Associate Director of Marketing Analytics in the area of dynamic pricing
● Work directly with the Associate Director of Marketing Analytics in the area of reporting, list pulls and analysis of campaigns
● Responsible for the management Account Manager, which includes the building and uploading of performances, discounts, parking and the functionality of the
program
● Manage the Event Confirmation process for ticketing to make sure all information needed for on sales are received to build events
● Update and distribute the Performance Parking Price List to SP+ management, producers, ticket services and operations team members.
● Produces weekly New Show information reports for ticket services and development prior to start of pre-sales
● Responsible for daily sales reporting, analysis and tracking of all institutional marketing efforts

● Manage all web, print and email requests in wrike for the ticketing department
● Prepares weekly parking and season discount grid for approval to Exec VP.
● Prepares final sales report for NJ Symphony consignment sales and produces check request and get sign off
Qualifications and Special Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
● Ticketing system experience required, Ticketmaster strongly preferred.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
● Outstanding accuracy.
● Data entry experience required.
● Good analytical skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and knowledge of database programs.
● Familiarization with Google Documents and Sheets
● Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast paced environment.
● Flexible schedule when required.
