Job Description:
Role: Tier 1 Service Desk TechnicianLocation: Remote
Client: Government Industry, IT and Engineering
Schedule: 4 - 10 hours days M-Thu
Entry level service desk technicians needed to support appx 22k internal customers with phone and chat support to troubleshoot account set up and software issues.
Required:
- Customer service support experience
- US Citizenship
- Ability to be trained to support Microsofy 365 Suite tools and Windows 10 OS in an enterprise environementAbility to work fully remote
