Customer Service Representative
QEH2 has a great opportunity for an articulate, professional Customer Service Representative in the IT industry. In this role you will maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Responsibilities include receiving and placing telephone calls, simple IT support tasks and some data entry. The position is based in a helpdesk environment in Castle Rock.
Customer Service Representatives must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel and customer database systems.
