DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at DCIDS is to save lives through organ and tissue donation, and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!! We want people to join our team in the role of Tissue Recovery Supervisor On Call with previous experience evaluating Tissue Recovery donor eligibility, processor criteria, and coordinating case activity. This position will primarily be remote - however, will require travel to all DCIDS locations as needed.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:
- Screens tissue donor referrals and consented donors to ensure medical/regulatory suitability.
- Reviews medical/social history of donors to establish donor eligibility.
- Works with coroner/medical examiner to obtain release for donation.
- Coordinates donor logistics.
- Provides onsite support for recovery activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Schedule
This position will work 12-hour night shifts – and will work 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next week.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7 – 10 years of experience in Tissue Recovery
- CTBS certification (or ability to gain certification within 12 months)
- Demonstrated self motivator
- Valid Driver’s License with the ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements
