Your Role: Be a trailblazer paving the way for our new title agency. Be proactive and have a business minded approach with a knack for leadership. Your main customer will be internal Loan Officers, you'll deal with unique and complex legal transactions. Dive deep into legacy title vesting scenarios and complex agricultural tracts, ensuring every detail is spot-on. This role offers the opportunity to form a team within our amazing culture, work with intricate details, and is far from ordinary.
What you Need: A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field, at least 5 years of experience in the land and title industry or title agency management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential function of the job, and a Missouri Title Agent License (or the ability to get one within 3 months of hire).
A Hybrid Work Environment and flexible work schedule will be considered after the initial training period is complete and based on the candidate's qualifications and needs.
This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Required Skills
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field,
- 5+ years of direct experience in the land title industry, title agency management experience preferred
- A Missouri Title Agent License is preferred, or ability to obtain a Missouri license within 3 months of hiring
- Valid Missouri driver's license
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Possesses extensive knowledge in all areas of escrow and title operation
- Skill in performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature
- Attentive to detail
- General knowledge of mortgage and commercial loan documentation, loan closing and disbursements
- General knowledge of real estate terminology and contracts
- General knowledge of consumer lending laws
- Communication skills sufficient to discuss a variety of job-related topics, and to effectively communicate complex issues
- Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer's problem or issue to find resolution
- Skill in utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness
- Skill in processing complex, detailed information in an accurate and thorough verbal and written communication skills, sufficient to share and exchange information effectively with peers, subordinates, supervisor and both internal and external customers
- Skill in setting priorities to reflect the importance of job responsibilities
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and able to work independently.
