Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
PRIMARY PURPOSE: This position will serve as an assistant, on a team of individuals, to the Titles Lead in organizing and processing all titles related to Housby Online Sales. This position will assist with all title-related issues and customer requests.

FOCUS:
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Work with the Sales Team regarding title collection from consignors for the online sale.
- Enter relevant information into the database as titles are received and verify accuracy.
- Organize titles in preparation for each online sale and organize by customer after the completion of a sale.
- Assist with completing trips to the Polk County dealer room for all title needs.
- Assign titles and prepare title-related mailings.
- Scan and save to file all title-related documents.
- Assist Titles Lead with all title-related issues, such as clearing liens and payoffs, submitting for duplicate titles, bonded titles, and general customer inquiries and requests.
- Assist with answering phone calls and greeting customers.
- Assist with customer registration and approvals.
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedure and applicable laws.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
- Expected to follow the Company's safety rules and policies.
- Other projects/tasks as assigned.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous title work experience, local and/or nationwide, highly preferred.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Previous Microsoft Office experience.
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
- Able to handle strict deadlines.
- Highly organized.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Oral communication over the phone and in person.
- Ability to view a computer monitor.
- Sitting for long periods of time.
- Alpha/numeric keyboarding.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The work environment for this position can be varied, due to the differences in our work site. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic and outside weather conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
