Responsibilities
Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of vehicle titles and related documents.
Title Processing: Ensure timely processing of titles for vehicle sales and acquisitions.
Compliance: Adhere to all state and federal regulations relating to title processing and vehicle registration.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any title-related issues.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers by addressing inquiries about vehicle titling and registration processes.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve title discrepancies or issues that may arise during the transaction process.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in managing documents and data.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and clients.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite and experience using accounting software are highly beneficial.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges promptly and efficiently.
Time Management: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Notary License or ability to get a Notary License within 6 months of start date.
