Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer retail and lease titles and registrations.
• Manage, log, and follow up on titles for out-of-state customers.
• Handle resale titles and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Produce checks for title batches, registrations, and license plates.
• Organize, mail, copy, and file paperwork for retail and lease deals.
• Update and maintain “Title Status” and comments in the dealership management system.
• Issue refund checks to customers and reconcile assigned accounts.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as needed to support the team.

Must Have:

• Dealership titling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
