Job Title: Title Processing SpecialistJob Description
This role involves processing and assigning titles from salvaged vehicles. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: • Provide a variety of support services in a title center office environment. • Process orders and assignments, including logging and tracking of mail. • Open incoming mail and prepare outgoing packages. • Scan and enter documents and data into computer system same day received. • File and pull documents in correct numerical order. • Set up new records and maintain existing records. Match records by comparing data points. • Communicate professionally through email and system notes. • Follow well-established procedures and under close direction of supervisor. • Open to learning automobile titling. • Assist with other office functions as needed.
