About the Job
Your Key Responsibilities
- Leads and develops assigned employees to ensure manufacture of components, products and systems, within agreed quality, cost and delivery (QCD) standards.
- Leads production activities to ensure that products meet all requirements, and to achieve KPIs agreed.
- Determines manufacturing priorities to match weekly production schedules and makes respective assignments.
- Directs personnel actions, including selection, training, performance appraisal, and safety procedures.
- Directs routine equipment set-up and maintenance, and checks for accomplishment.
- Establishes instructions and refines procedures, when necessary, in order to contribute to improvements in QCD.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of production processes, measurement & inspection procedures, production planning & control,
- Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Technical degree
- Prior leadership experience
