Job Title: Toddler Lead Teacher

Location: Chesterbrook Academy (#30), 6351 S Cass Ave, Westmont, IL

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for toddlers.
• Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Assess and document children's progress and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous experience in a preschool or childcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
