About the Job
Role
As a Tooling Specialist (also known as Tool and Die Maker, Mold Maker), you'll design, build, rework, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot various forms of tooling, including dies, tools, gauges, fixtures, and molds. You'll interact with various departments, maintain accurate documentation, work on tool and fixture reworks, and assist with machine or processing issues.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an approved Mold Maker or Tool and Die Maker state apprenticeship program or demonstrated ability to perform the tasks.
- Proficiency in operating common machining equipment, troubleshooting machine tools, fixtures, dies and molds, and performing manual and CNC machining.
