• Design, fabricate, and repair tools and dies.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve production processes.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker.
• Strong knowledge of machining and fabrication techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
