POSITION SUMMARY
Best candidate will have experience in fabrication manufacturing industry with knowledge in
electrical and mechanical tools, parts and supplies. Duties entail shipping, receiving,
inventory management tasks. Detailed oriented who can troubleshoot and communicate
information; following standard operating procedures and work instruction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Identify incoming shipments and compare against bill of ladings (BOL) and purchase order records.
Sorts, counts, packages, labels, unpacks, and/or logs inbound inventory.
Inspects shipments for quality, record damages, discrepancies or defects and notify management.
Issue and log hand tools, material, parts and supplies dispensed to production using the database.
Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels of tools, consumables, equipment, stock and non-stock
parts.
Gather, prepare, assemble, package, measure, weigh and log goods for shipping.
Aptitude to accurately input and retrieve data using the company database.
Capability to understand and perform accurate cycle counts of inventory.
Ability to follow: work schedules assignments along with verbal instructions and written policy,
procedure and work instructions.
Capacity to detect problems and communicate information to management using various methods.
Works well with team members, various departments and management.
Able to lift and or maneuverer up to 50lbs occasionally.
Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift for loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
Available for overtime, including weekends as needed.
Reliable transportation is required, punctual and regular attendance is required.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Microsoft Access or similar computer/data base experience is necessary
Must pass a Forklift safety/driving test.
On the job experience in related field or industry

Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen, and when applicable if duties involve operating motor vehicle must be able to pass motor vehicle record check.
