Job Title: Tosca Tester (Test Architect/Test lead)
Location: Remote
Duration; Long Term Note: Monthly one week onsite Harrisburg, PA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tosca Tester with experience in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics/SAP) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validating the functionality of our CRM system using Tosca, a leading test automation tool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, experience with CRM systems, and expertise in Tosca testing.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop test cases and test scripts for the CRM system using Tosca
• Develop and execute automated tests using Tosca to ensure the CRM system meets the required functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize defects and issues
• Create detailed test reports and logs to document test results and defects
• Participate in test planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of testing efforts
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to testing, including defects and errors
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the development team to improve the quality of the CRM system
• Stay up-to-date with new features and releases of the CRM system and Tosca, and adapt testing strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics/SAP)
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionality
• Experience with Tosca testing tool, including test design, execution, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, including black box, white box, and gray box testing

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/SAP CRM systems, including configuration, customization, and integration
• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries
• Experience with other testing tools, such as Selenium or Appium
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Certification in software testing or a related field (e.g. ISTQB)
