Job Title: Total Productive Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Program.
• Conduct training sessions and provide coaching to plant personnel.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and eliminate losses in production.
• Monitor and report on TPM performance metrics.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in TPM or maintenance management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
