Job Title: Total Productive Maintenance Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Program.
- Conduct training sessions and provide coaching to plant personnel.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and eliminate losses in production.
- Monitor and report on TPM performance metrics.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in TPM or maintenance management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
