As a Total Rewards Analyst, primary responsibilities include providing support for the Health & Welfare and Retirement Benefit Plans in US and Canada; data analysis used to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and proactively seek continuous improvement and efficiencies for benefit plans. Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Audit benefit and payroll deductions in US and Canada to identify discrepancies with benefit deductions and retirement contributions.
Analyze monthly retirement reporting for errors in automatic enrollments.
Respond to internal and external audit inquiries for data utilizing multiple internal and external systems.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and innovation within Benefit initiatives.
Create PowerPoint presentations summarizing data into charts, etc. for team to review and make data driven decisions.
Funding:
Prepare and report voluntary benefits to multiple vendors; reconcile contribution files and reports.
Work with purchasing to set up new vendors for payments.
Benefits/Total Rewards Support:
Respond to inquiries accurately and in a timely manner via Hello HR, and phone inquiries to active and former employees in the US and Canada
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and build relationships across the HR function.
Data Entry:
Manually enter new hire enrollments for Health & Welfare and Retirement Plans for Canada
Correct all errors and between HR, payroll and vendors.
Ensure shared drive folders are properly maintained.
Continuous Improvement:
- Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement within Total Rewards processes and practices
- Support implementations of new vendors, benefit Plans, and systems
Ad Hoc Total Reward Projects:
Support Director, Total Rewards, NA as needed.
Review and advise on compensation inquiries.
Key requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience
1-2 years of Benefits and Compensation background.
Experience with corporate matrix structures.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive informed decisions.
Excellent MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Highly detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to problem solve and propose constructive/realizable solutions.

The full-time base annual salary for this remote position is expected to range between $60,300 and $77,000. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the location of the successful candidate, qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
