Position Summary
The Total Rewards Manager - Temporary will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the total rewards strategy for our dental organization, with a strong focus on optimizing our relationship with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). This role involves developing competitive compensation structures and employee recognition initiatives to attract, motivate, and retain top talent within the dental industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to:
Oversee year-end reporting processes and ensure a smooth transition of services to the PEO, ensuring accurate reporting and continuity.
Partner with the PEO to manage and optimize compensation structures (base pay, bonuses, incentives), and benefits programs and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.
Develop competitive compensation programs with the PEO, including salary structures and incentive plans, and recommend adjustments to stay competitive.
Develop employee recognition programs to enhance morale and engagement.
Work with the PEO to develop communication strategies and materials to ensure employees understand their benefits options and enrollment procedures.
Organize informational sessions, webinars, or workshops to help employees maximize their benefits.
Partner with PEO on procedures for LOA, accommodations, and workers' compensation.
Performs Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) preferred.
5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of PEO operations and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
