Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability.
- JD from a Nationally Accredited Law School
- Must be admitted to practice in the state of California
- Experience with motion practice and depositions.
- Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert deposition
- Ability to analyze complex matters.
