**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor and Assess: Keep a close eye on case filings and provide comprehensive assessments to our attorneys to support strategic decision-making.

- Draft Legal Documents: Prepare initial drafts of various pre-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other legal pleadings with precision and clarity.

- Evaluate Discovery Documents: Review and analyze essential discovery materials including medical records, sales documents, and employment records to build strong cases.

- Compose Case Assessments: Create thorough case evaluations for review by associates and partners, contributing to our team's collaborative success.

- Manage Billable Time: Ensure accurate and timely accounting of your billable hours for seamless project management.

**Candidate Qualifications**

- Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years in asbestos litigation is essential.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree required.

- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage complex tasks and deadlines effectively.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with attorneys and fellow paralegals, fostering teamwork and achieving shared goals.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with legal systems such as Westlaw, File & Serve Xpress, and PACER is preferred.
