Job Description:
We're expanding, and we're looking for exceptional individuals to elevate our dealership to new heights of excellence! We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers online, guiding them through the purchasing process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Respond promptly to internet inquiries from potential customers and generate leads through various online platforms.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers via email, chat, and phone, addressing their needs and providing information about vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.
• Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, trade-in evaluations, and financing discussions.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota models, features, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• CRM Management: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, interactions, and sales progress.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership goals.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Toyota vehicles to customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, internet sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
