About the Job
Develops and maintains relationships with Third-party Origination (“TPO”) production sources, Sales, and Operations teams. Maintains synergy between Partner 360 Alliance database of TPO Partner’s and sales force. The duties for Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to, those described below.
Essential Job Functions:
Confidentiality: Maintains confidentiality
Organization: Develops and implements relationship strategies, satisfying customer needs with high touch customer service levels
Coordination: Utilizes organizational skills and technology to ensure all TPO business is compliant and meeting PRMG standards, as well as ongoing account monitoring for the Sales team’s needs
Communication: Communicates well verbally and in writing with any and all internal and external communications.
Equipment: Uses such office equipment as telephone, computer terminals, copiers and FAX machines.
Physical: Sits and stands for extended time periods. Hearing and vision within normal ranges.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all licensing, state and NMLS, for all brokers applying to do business with PRMG
- Create new TPO accounts in FastTrac360 as they are approved, and assign them to the appropriate channels/AEs/sales managers/Regional Managers
- Manage/Negotiate any account transfer requests between Account Executives
- Answer questions and respond to account status inquiries during broker setup process for new Account Executives
- Manage all Branch Due-Diligence audits through the appropriate vendor
- Assist existing brokers with recertification requirements via Comergence
- Ensures protected account status through monitoring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technologically proficient in MS Windows software.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills.
