Summary:
The primary function of this position is to accurately assemble the track for an order in a timely manner.
Essential Duties:
- Read daily track orders and follow proper paperwork procedures.
- Understand the color-coding systems for various heights.
- Assemble all types of track effectively and accurately using hand/power tools.
- Operate the Waterbury Press.
- Change band saw blades and banding spool as needed.
- Move finished product to the correct rack/cart.
- Restock all track and parts in department as needed.
- Weld track when needed.
- Assist in production or shipping areas as requested.
