Tuesday – Friday, 5pm - 12am
Sunday 8am-5pm
$17/hour
Duties and Responsibilities
The Track & Trace Associate communicates with customers and carriers promptly and accurately. They care and connect with both parties on a high level with empathy. They view the customers' problems as their own and seek to always deliver honest and helpful solutions. Their goal is to ensure successful pickup and delivery to fulfill customer needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Report to Carrier Operations Manager
· Provide exceptional customer service to the team's customers and carriers.
· Communicate daily with carriers, customers, and employees to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries
· Enter load information; tracking/tracing shipments in the customers' software system
· Field general customer questions; issue resolution
· Answer daily track and trace emails
· Send updates to customers as directed in template provided by National Account Manager
· Daily tracking and updating status of loads via:
o Applicable TMS and applicable customer specific systems i.e. Navisphere, FourKites, BluJay, Transplace, Emerge, etc.
o Outbound calls to carriers – must be updated in R2X TMS
o Outbound calls to customers at requested times
o Assist with any special assignments or projects assigned by Carrier Operations Manager
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma (required)
· Reliable transportation to office
· Ability to work assigned shifts in office setting
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Ability to multitask
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to learn new skills
