Trackwise Application L2 Support
2. Knowledge of Trackwise application and its architecture
3. Experience in supporting Trackwise application
4. L2 debugging skills in (SQL, Server, network (basic))
5. Experience in coorindating issues with L3 , other support vendor teams
6. Knowledge of incident and problem management ITIL processes
7. Good verbal and written communication
8. GMP Understanding
