We are seeking a professional Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team on a part-time basis, supporting our dedicated shuttle routes. This role involves transporting employees to and from work locations and shuttling airline crew members between the airport and hotels. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a shuttle bus along designated routes as directed.
- Transport employees to and from work in a safe and timely manner.
- Shuttle airline crew members between the airport and their designated hotels.
- Follow the scheduled routes precisely, adhering to the time frame provided by the Ride Fulfillment Manager.
- Assist passengers as needed, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the shuttle bus, reporting any issues promptly.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement.
- Previous experience as a shuttle or bus driver is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Raleigh/Durham area and surrounding regions.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required by the schedule.
- Flexibility to work early mornings
- Flexibility to work split shifts, a.m. and p.m.
- Ability to follow specific routes and schedules managed by the Ride Fulfillment Manager.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle last-minute schedule changes with a positive attitude.
