This position is responsible for performing all administrative support related to the plumbing department. What you will Do:
- Schedule appointments and coordinate plumbing services with customers and technicians
- Manage paperwork and documentation related to new installations, including permits and warranties
- Order and track supplies and equipment needed
- Provide administrative support to the team, such as creating work orders, schedules, and invoices
- Answer phone calls and responding to customer inquiries about services
- Ensure that services are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient completion of all projects
What you Need:
- 3 years of administrative experience
- At least 1 year of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services is a plus
- Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
- Sales and Customer Service Experience required
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
- Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
