Trademark Prosecution and Litigation- Cleveland - CBOHN

The Cleveland office has an immediate need for an Intellectual Property Trademark prosecution and litigation associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience with trademarks. Significant experience handling substantive trademark issues, global portfolio management and experience with copyright matters, trade dress and domain name matters is strongly preferred. Candidates must have superior written and oral communication skills, a desire for teamwork and excellent academic credentials. They must also be comfortable working in a busy practice and with client interaction.
