**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Traffic Control:** Direct and manage the flow of vehicles and pedestrians safely around construction sites using hand signals, signs, and other communication methods.
- **Communication:** Maintain clear and effective communication with other crew members, drivers, and pedestrians to ensure safe passage through work zones.
- **Safety First:** Prioritize the safety of the public and construction team by following strict safety guidelines and regulations.
- **Monitoring:** Be vigilant and proactive in identifying any potential hazards or unsafe conditions and report them promptly.
- **Adaptability:** Work in various weather conditions and adjust traffic patterns as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Prior experience as a flagger or in traffic control is preferred but not required. Training may be provided for the right candidate.
