Job summary:
Next Generation, Inc., an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking a full time Training and Communication Analyst to work hybrid out of New York City to support basic and advanced training for users (classroom and on-hands instruction), during the deployment of a digital transformation (Infor EAM, an enterprise asset management system), including designing the curriculum and videos for training, collaborating with SME's and key stakeholders, and participating in user acceptance testing sessions.
Job responsibilities:
- Work with client project teams to align on communications and change management activities.
- Lead remote and in-person training sessions and webinars, delivering high-quality training to audiences using a variety of media types.
- Develop strategic communications on new initiatives and best practices (blog posts, videos, newsletters).
- Update training materials (tutorials, job aids, and presentations)
- Provide course and learner feedback to key stakeholders.
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment and outcomes, including classroom, courseware/curriculum, and instructor readiness.
- Prepare internal faculty members to conduct sessions.
- Develop communications to business lines.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain the highest level of expertise in the area of specialty and interact with subject matter experts in new course development.
Job Requirements: - Ability to work on-site 50% of the time in New York City, including nights and/or weekends as needed.
- Extensive experience with training and/or change management, including both in-person and virtual sessions.
- Experience developing training materials.
- Strong instinct for client relationship-building
- High degree of professionalism and high levels of adaptability and flexibility.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Desired: Understanding of EAM, Power BI, and GIS systems.
