Project Join our team as a Training, Communication, and User Support Specialist. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain communication materials, including presentations, reports, and newsletters.
- Provide user support for reports, applications, and tools, managing incoming issues and inquiries.
- Assess and prioritize user issues based on urgency, effectively managing complex user situations.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure consistent and effective communication strategies.
- Assist in project coordination and execution, providing support in various tasks as needed.
- Proactively identify and solve communication-related issues and challenges as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities, communication initiatives, and user support interactions.
- 50% of the candidate's time will still be supporting user questions on reports and applications. Same communication skills, problem-solving skills, etc... apply (more heavily written communication)
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.6000 people connected.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new tasks and situations.
- Prior experience in delivering training and excellent public speaking as sometimes he/she will be dealing with 600+ users at a time.
Preferred
Background in pharmaceuticals and clinical trials, but not required.
Ability to manage and prioritize user support issues, understanding urgency
