Position Summary:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for helping to improve the productivity of the organization's employees in accordance with established SOPs. The primary duty of the Training Coordinator is to perform a wide variety of training activities in various functional areas that may consist of facilitation, MHE Driver Certification, maintaining various training trackers, training organization and scheduling, training new trainers, and assisting in path as needed across all of the departments in the operation. This position requires training and administrative experience with a basic understanding of adult education best practices.
Essential Functions of Job:
- Plans, organizes, and effectively conducts employee training on various functional skill areas
- Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry
- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes that training could improve
- Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions
- Facilitate applicable portions of New Hire Orientation
- Maintains records of attendance and successful completion of training
- Assist Training Supervisor is creating an annual Training Calendar
- Lead MHE training and recertification, as well as other safety trainings
- Assists the Training Supervisor and other staff with their assigned duties
- Evaluate performance of current trainers
- Conduct training audits to evaluate training efficacy
- Perform other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:
- Moderate but varying temperature and humidity in office and warehouse environments
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and /or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate MHE
Minimum Qualifications:- 1 year of applicable training experience
- Ability to consistently meet minimum performance standards and company service levels

The starting base pay is $21.70 - $23.20/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for Shift Differential pay.
