Salary: $36,000 or higher based on experience
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Duties/Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and track compliance of Pathways annual training plan to ensure that all the requirements of the KRS CMCH manual, CARF, CCBHC, and other governing bodies are met. Administer Pathways web-based learning management system. Work with Service Line Directors to coordinate internal and external trainings. Create training plans for employee types. Actively participate in Pathways Orientation program for new employees.
Special Experience or Skill Set required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work with training software, competency with Microsoft Office products, ability to take initiative and to work independently. Must be able to serve as administrator of a learning management platform; excellent organizational skills, Microsoft office proficiency.
