Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a Training Coordinator and Data Management to support local, state, federal, and international public health workforce to include continuing education learners, sponsors and planners of educational activities by providing technical assistance through CDC’s web-based accreditation and registration system, Training and Continuing Education Online (TCEO) Training Delivery System.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-training logistics such as equipment set-up, promotion, management of training schedules,and coordination with presenters/instructors, as needed;
- Organize and support logistics for workshops, conferences, and other training events to include,registration, evaluations, identification and booking facilities, developing agendas, creating name tents/badges,recording sessions, organizing breaks, and facilitating travel preparation;
- Document training coordination processes and develop standard operating procedures to help ensure consistency in process for future training events;
- Build survey data collection tools (e.g. training surveys, process surveys) in SurveyMonkey or other software based on surveys developed by training and evaluation specialists;
- Develop an ETSB program data collection and management plan in conjunction with subject matter experts and program staff that aligns with ETSB program logic models and indicators to demonstrate the impact and value of ETSB programs and services. The plan shall describe the data that will be collected, from where, how often, and how it will be stored/maintained (such as who maintains it and where);
- Review annual ETSB program data trends from multiple data sources, summarize with input from program staff, data points of contact, and evaluation specialists, and present to program each year. The data is internal from the CDC;
- Consult on ETSB program data information needs and requests that come up throughout the year, serving as a point of contact for the program;
- Assist program staff with entering provided ETSB program data into spreadsheets or systems for analysis, pulling reports from data systems, and managing this data;
- Provide responsive and timely customer service to inquiries from fellows, supervisors, HHS, OPM, CDC HRO, CIOs, program staff received via the Program mailboxes;
- Assist with logistics planning and execution for all program orientation, training, and
- graduation activities and communicate pertinent logistical information to fellows, speakers, vendors, and program Health Education Specialist;
- Assist with the creation of program documents for all program orientation, training, and
- graduation activities; Schedule and confirm CDC photographer for program Orientation, Graduation, and training activies;
- Assist with planning and execution of Advisory Committee and program Action Council meetings; Assist with coordination activities for onboarding of fellows;
- Obtain and maintain access to Division SharePoint site to save all versions of documents for records management and collaborative purposes;
- Collaborate with Division, Branch and other leadership on the development and implementation of the program
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with Division and Branch Leadership to provide program status updates and facilitate strategic discussions.
- 4Become competent using ETSB’s online learning systems, including CDC TCEO and CDC TRAIN systems, by reviewing established internal process documentation and participating in orientation sessions with experienced ETSB staff, system administrators, and activity leads;
- Assist with the development and revision of standard operating procedures for the ETSB online learning systems, including TCEO and CDC TRAIN;
- Review accredited educational activity intake documentation received from CDC programs, including the CDC Training Accreditation group (Task 3). Provide clear and timely written and verbal feedback regarding recommended changes;
- Enter approved educational activities into ETSB online learning systems, including TCEO and CDC TRAIN, in accordance with final intake documentation and following established processes and timelines;
- Provide developers of CDC educational activities, including CDC CE developers, with an opportunity to review the activity information entered into the online learning systems for accuracy prior to making them active and available to learners;
- Provide CDC programs with usage and trend data reports from the online learning systems (e.g., number of registrations, completions, and CE earned in a specific timeframe and by specific professions) for their educational activities. Reports may also be provided to ETSB staff and other stakeholders as required and in accordance with established timelines (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.);
- Conduct periodic quality assurance of activities entered in ETSB online learning systems and reports generated from the online systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. This may include a random auditing or review of courses entered into the online learning systems or reports generated by the systems and providing feedback if anything deviates from expected results;
- Provide helpdesk support for ETSB online learning systems, including TCEO and CDC TRAIN. The helpdesk shall be available Monday through Friday from 8AM-4:30PM Eastern Time and closed on Federal holidays;
- Resolve learner problems over the telephone or by email in accordance with established procedures.Escalate incidents that require input from a CDC manager.
- Develop and maintain a library of standard responses and resolutions to common learner problems.Identify new content for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and update reference materials (e.g., manuals,scripts, guides, procedures, work instructions, reports) for the helpdesk using appropriate versioning control.
- Monitor and report the number of overall learner contacts and those per defined inquiry categories.
- Alert CDC manager when learner contacts deviate from what is anticipated.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelors and five (5) years of experience
- In lieu of Bachelors the equivalent of eight (8) years’ experience in training or a similar role
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Support Training and Continuing Education Online website via Outlook, voicemail, Skype, and incoming calls
- Resolve issues by navigating through TCEO Manage Learners, Manage Courses, Legacy, and end-user sites
- Provide learners with instructions for obtaining usernames, passwords, access codes, continuing education certificates, transcripts, creating new accounts and navigating through technical issues
- Provide learners with instructions for completing evaluations, posttests, and retakes
- Conduct account verifications, resets and update learner profiles and associated licensed accounts
- Submit, track, and follow up on IT technical issues
Estimated Salary/Wage
USD $65,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $78,000.00/Yr.
