We offer ongoing training and development opportunities for licensed and unlicensed healthcare team members, and have best in class clinical resources for training, education, and point of care support.

The Clinical Education Specialist collaborates with management and staff across departments to assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitates, and revise educational programming for all levels of personnel. This position acts as a key resource in the orientation and continuing education of all staff at the site.

• Ensures programs adhere to organizational and regulatory standards using standardized learning principles.
• Develops and implements educational programs for staff orientation and professional development.
• Facilitates orientations and annual trainings, including CPR and CPI certifications.
• Evaluates educational program outcomes to guide continuous improvement.
• Supports leadership decisions impacting clinical practice and engages in strategic planning and educational activities.

Education

• Required: Masters in psychology, social work, or related field.

Experience

• Required: Five (5) years’ experience as a mental health professional in a healthcare or mental health treatment setting
• Preferred: Three (3) years’ experience in a leadership position

Licenses/Certifications

• Required: CPI and CPR certification (given upon hire at the facility)

Compliance

• Must adhere to compliance requirements from company, client agency, and accreditation bodies
