DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have ten (10) years of experience managing, planning, developing and delivering Navy Weapon Systems training programs.
Five years (5) of experience directly related to the management and coordination of personnel and activities in support of the design, development, and production of training courses and course materials utilizing NAVEDTRA 130 series standards for Navy Combat Weapon Systems. This experience may run concurrently with the ten (10) years of Navy Weapon Systems training program management.
REQUIRED SKILLS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience assessing training environments and determining appropriate training strategies and methodologies.
Demonstrated experience analyzing system specifications and requirements to derive training requirements.
Demonstrated experience in development of Tasks Lists and Personnel Performance Profile Tables.
Demonstrated experience using Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) for curricula development.
Demonstrated experience representing the US Navy Tomahawk Training Program at technical meetings inside and outside the Tomahawk community.
Demonstrated experience coordinating Fleet training requirements with Learning Standards Office, Afloat Training Groups, US Navy Schoolhouses and Course Curriculum Model Managers.
Direct experience with Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS).
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Travel Required: 25%
Work Location: San Diego / Remote
This position is required to have and maintain a Secret US DoD security clearance.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university

Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of technical and management personnel.
Compensation: $53 - $76 an hour
Compensation for positions at Centurum vary depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, responsibilities, skill set, and level of experience.
