What you need to succeed...
The perfect candidate for this position is outgoing, enthusiastic, has a positive attitude and works hard to help promote the bank and services through training of our staff. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team and to be flexible to changing priorities and able to meet deadlines.
This position is full time, and we work bankers' hours, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some potential flexibility. This position will need to travel to our various locations for training purposes.

What You Bring to the Table:
- High School diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in training and facilitation, ideally in a financial institution or corporate environment
- 2 years of banking, relationship selling, and cash handling experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and products
- Internal candidates: Completion of SaviBank CSR Level II & III or FSR Training preferred
