Position: Training Program Developer

Location: Sacramento, CA (other areas can apply, travel and housing will be provided)
Duration: January 2026 – July 2026
Compensation: $60,000 for the project

About Us:
Forest Witch is a dynamic event and content production company known for creating unique and impactful programs for diverse clients. We are seeking a Training Program Developer to join our team in designing a comprehensive training program for law enforcement clients. This role will involve close collaboration with our Executive Producer and Director to develop and implement the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Producer and Director to design a training program tailored to law enforcement needs.
• Develop training materials, content, and methodologies that align with client objectives.
• Ensure the program is relevant, engaging, and effective for law enforcement officers.
• Maintain compliance with government standards and regulations throughout the program.
• Communicate with government officials to align training with legal and procedural requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing training programs, preferably for law enforcement or similar fields.
• Demonstrated experience working with government officials and navigating official regulations.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to work independently, with a focus on meeting project deadlines.
